Inspired by Jonsey I have decided to go on a low carb diet, starting tommorrow.

Day 1. I actually did start low carb diet today.

I didnt find it too hard on the first day cause I slept in all day due to hangover from party at Gooches.

Woke up 6pm and had some chicken and a cup of tea.

Day 3 - I am beginning to think this may have been a bad idea. All the good things to eat, well...I can't.

Hunger is setting in and slight numbness in right hand.

I don't know how Jonsey does it.
