It apprears that the tapes are recent becasuse Osama mentions possible attacks against Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas & Chocolate City.

LMAO...Chocolate city.....ROFLMAO....I, personally, think that he needs to be fired! But then again, I'm an Emergency Manager and I'm kind close to the subject and have very personal opinions on the way he handled Katrina. The FERP (Federal Emergency Response Plan) is very clear on how long it takes to get to a disaster location and how long that all location are supposed to plan for. But again, this is a bias opinion.
