Coachella Headliner: NIN vs New Order

I think that it is an outrage that New Order play before NIN at Coachella.

NIN most famous song Dead Souls is a Joy Division cover for crying out loud.

My complaint.

I didn't know it made it difference who played first. Most people make it out on both days, so it wouldn't really matter. As always I'm more impressed by the smaller bands that teh "headliners." Are you going Glenn?

No, I am protesting this from a moral ground point.

Tegan & Sara should be the headliners!

No Wedding Present for you

As indie say "Respect the Music"

This is not respectable.

Boycott Coachella unless New Order headline!

That's a silly protest Glenn, give it up. We're not 5 years old, we shouldn't be pouting over someone having the "first turn"...

...why not?

Coachella headliners are usually artists who have been around for a long time, legends or close to being.... sometimes making a comeback.
Tegan and Sara are disqualified, NEXT!

Go completely contemporary and just get a pic of Sally Fields as Gidge. I remember watching reruns of that on Saturday mornings as a young lad.

I have to agree with Glenn on this one. New Order should be the headliner. However, the fact that they are not is not going to keep me away. I've gone every single year since this event started and I've had a blast. I hope this year will follow in that tradition.

Case closed. The master debator wins again. :)

Just because ONE person agrees doesn't mean you get to win Glenn. Besides, there's no REAL debate here. We are all obviously still hanging around to discuss Gidget's avatar, and I still like the cutesy smile on the best!

Annie:

Ignore Glenn. he ALWAYS makes himself the weiner. Ok, so don't ignore him when he makes himself a weiner, it's when he says that he is the WINNER that you hit the iggy button ~wink and a nudge~

No, I've posted before. It's just easier to post from Yahoo, since it comes to me. I'll try to be better about coming over here. I MISS YOU GUYS!!!

Her name is Mafalda. She's a Spanish comic strip character. Kind of like the Spanish version of Charlie Brown. My brother was a huge fan of the strip and I can relate to her because my hair is just as thick as hers ;o)

Mafalda, I used to read her strip in the newspaper when I lived in Guatemala.
