I think that is what they call a Chinese Gooseberry.
edit - having seen Gooches defination post I think "kiwi" for fruit is more of an American term for fruit than anything.

I wonder how many races apples have. We have green, red, yellow, freckled (fuji), spotted (apple pears/asian pears), etc. I bet the green ones are the aliens.
