Well, just look on the bright side. You could be listening to another G*d damn Robbins Bros. commercial on KROQ. Man, I hate those two colostomy bags. I'd even prefer listening to the Sit 'n Sleep ads.

Power 106 has, or at least used to have, commercials with Snoop Dogg plugging Cal Worthington's used cars. Those were funny as hell. "Go down to Cal Worthingtons, tell 'em big Snoop Dogg sent you and see how they treat you. You gots ta do it." haha As if Cal Worthington has any fucking idea who Snoop is. 8)

Yeah, I think you're right Annie. Why is it, for a rap station they feel that all the advertisements have to have a hip hop/rap theme going? Like even the bail bonds commercials have lyrics and a beat going. Who the fork wants to rap about getting out of jail? Crazy.

Did you ever hear the Sit 'n Sleep ad where they tried to rap? The one guy ended with something like, "These prices are so low, it's very scary, watch out cause you're killin' me Larry!"

Hahahahaha! It's true they do try to rap about everything, even their lame little contests have rap theme songs.
It's almost like the stupid beer ads on Indie where they try to whip out some cool, catchy song about how everything is cool when you have a beer in your hand... the songs are so lame.
