Is "props" some kind of STD?

no diseases

Glenn, darling, it's sad, but I'm sure it's true that you have NO IDEA what props are, since they so rarely fall into your life.

Be that as it may, let the record stand that I'm also disease-free.

Actually, Glenn, the KROQ spy doesn't have any new icons either. He's stuck with the same 20 smilies as we all did before the upgrade. All he's doing is inserting an image from a webpage of smilies and clicking on the "Img" button. Just like you would when you insert a pic into a post.

And now I present to you, a dancing pink elephant, followed by Braveheart, the Cat in the Hat and Homer Simpson.

Hey Jack, nice to see you posting here again. You finally done with school? Hopefully finals didn't beat you too badly

I'm not sure how the forum or the emoticons work here, but I have two sites with a plethora of smileys/emoticons. If you want you can look into them and see if you can add them to our current list of emoticons.

Special thanks to KROQ spy for those. I knew you had to be good for something, Poor Man.

Miche:

You do know that our Glenn (aside from having a cerious livah AND a mass transit phobia) is from New Zealand, right? Could be that "props" just isn't in his vernacular.....

Well, OK, Glenn, if you are from New Zealand, and just didn't know what "props" meant, as Kristee said, I apologize.

I thought you were mocking me.

a "prop" is a term for respect or a job well done, something along those lines

Explaining props

"To give someone props" is to compliment them, basically. Along the same lines of giving them kudos. Not sure where it comes from.

O no wonder I've never heard it before.

Yeah, Glenn, it's pretty much just American slang. No worries. But you should get back at us all by using some British jargon and thereby confusing the hell out of us.

Kev, you are implying that between Trixie and me we couldn't figure out some British or Australian or New Zealand jargon? Pish tosh!

Bring it on!

Glenn already knows that I think all British people (especially Protestant ones) should die anyway. Them and the Canadians. Oh yeah, and the French. Can't forgot those pesky Swiss either.....
