This day in HISTORY....
Remember this crap....
26 years ago MTV came out on cable...I kinda thought is was
cool but oh so repetitive....huh?...what I did like was Alternative
Nation with Kennedy...
that was a cool show....most everything
else crap....oh and let's not forget Beavis n Butthead
...ah but who can watch that crappy station nowadays?

We didn't get MTV in canada unless you had satellite tv which none of us working class had...you had to go to a bar to watch it.MuchMusic was the canadian version of MTV which played a lot of canadian music...which sucked and still sucks.I was in it for depeche mode,duranduran,echo and the bunnymen...etc.

Yessir! I remember staying up late Sunday nights at midnight to tune in. They would usually debut a new video on there which was just about always fantastic.
Just about the smartest man when it comes to music. I need to get a subscription to Sirius just so I can tune in to Matt Pinfield Plays Whatever He Wants.
