I intend to answer the following eternal questions over the next few weeks. Other lesser scholars have been debating these for thousands of years but I reckon I can Ace it and reveal the truth PDQ.
What is?
Why is there something rather than nothing?
Why is the world the way it is?
Where does it all come from?
Where do we come from?
Who are we?
Where are we going to?
What is the purpose of it all?
Is there a God?
What is good and what is evil?
What is knowledge?
What is truth?
What is consciousness?
Do we have a "free will"?
How should we act?
How can we be happy?
Why cannot we live forever?
What is the meaning of life?
What is?

Ah....you must be taking PHIL 100
First thing to learn is how to spell
"philosophy"
It's OK Mr Beezley...it's just a minor fo-paw...
Excellent Glenn...keep us informed...I know I
speak for all the Shackers when I say that a
good review of the basics of PHILOSOPHY would
be appreciated

Some valid premises of logic me thinks.
was inductive reasoning....most arguments
can rarely be put into deductive form...you'll hear
that when they touch on LOGIC!

Well to be linguistically honest , that is to say "does the word "it" includerotter wrote:Shloemoe has an "it" in his ass.
any class of objects which might pass thru an ass"(for instance
poo..smile'n johny logs)...then I would agree with Prof. Rotters
assertion....
But the problems of philosophy rarley need be called upon
to tackle the mystries of ass reamings(unless of course
you frequent these woods(or chat wit the rotman))....
many modern philosophers (analytic philosophy) concern
themselfs with pure word meanings n such...
..i just bored myself...maybe I'll finish this later.....
...but it is important....
