An incident occurred that has pretty much ruined my career. Something that I tried to help someone with that ended up lying and ruining my career. That's why I'm so frustrated.

Basically, a person that I work with has betrayed me in a way that I never thought possible. I was kicked out of my shop and told never to return and that I was not welcomed back. I was told that I was "stirring the pot" and making allegations about people that were lies. What happened is a young Airman asked me if she could talk to me. Said it was important and couldn't wait. Said I was the only NCO she could trust. So, of course, being the NCO that I am, I said sure, I'm always there for the Airmen. So, she tells me that her supervisor has been treating her poorly, treating her different from the other Airman that he supervises. Then she tells me of an incident that happened back in July that he gave her alcohol, she is only 20, and then kissed her. She said that upset her and she left at that point. She said she tried to talk to him the next day about it and he placed it on her shoulders stating that "you know we can't be together". So, I did what I was supposed to and took it to the Superintendent and then we took it to the Flight Chief. Well, they pulled people into their office to ask what was going on and then the Flight Chief decides that based on what they told him, that I made it all up and that I told the Airman what she was going to say. That I intimidated her into saying these things about her supervisor! I didn't say anything to her but "Be strong, you can get through this" and " In understand" and things like that. I asked her if there were witnesses and the other girl in the room said she saw him give her a beer, but that was all. But other than that, I sat an listened to her. That's it! I was set up by her and that other airman and I'm fucking pissed!
