Did anyone watch that show on MSNBC last night? About the reporter who was setting up pedifiles on a date and then filming these old guys who showed up for a date with a 13 year old. Scarey, sick.

Was pretty interesting though.

Glenn, think you're a tad late on the band wagon, this has been on regular NBC for a while. Some guy, I think he was a District Attorney in Texas actually killed himself after getting caught.

I know huh?...what is more sick?

-A guy trying to fuck a 13 year old? :D
-or an audience that wants to see a guy
who wants to fuck a 13 year old? :D

It's symptomatic of our whole dying culture.
once in a while I realize just what I'm watching
when I tune into MSNBC...and then turn it to "cops"

I bet Rome was like this...before the fall...

...I seen my old cellie from FSP on one of those
"Inside" shows they got...that was weird...
nice guy...but it was hard for me to live in a closet
with a murderer...It's hard to believe they could
turn prison into a tv show.....crazy!

Hey there's an idea for an msnbc show
"prison gladiators"...watch 'em fight to the death.
Tell me that wouldn't sell a lot of Carl's(tm)burgers
'n' tampons too...record nielson ratings

...I digress

- hmmm - as I philiophasize I wonder is the mind seperate from the body or is it all one physicalism.

If it is one mind & body (joined) then could you get arrested for just thinking bad or violent thoughts. Would a bad thought be considered bodily harm?

I return to my meditation.

Does the mind rule the body or the body rule the mind - o I realy don't know?

Yes yes...a ghost in the machine? certainly at times and for
certain purposes it can be asserted that the two are distinct
and seperate...other times not.(though I am too lazy to cite
any examples) The sophistry of the shloe says it's all utilitarian.
What do you what to do with the "information". If a piece doesn't
fit the puzzle then cut/smash it till it does.--Homer J. Simpson

"Would a bad thought be considered bodily harm?"
Some mental states cause physical illness. But I dont think
that's what you mean.

I dont know either...I wonder what Homer would think?

I return to my  medication

Yip, the ghost in the machine.

I was reading about that last night.

Now I know where "The Police" get the names for their records.

Morrissey it would seem had taken phil 100
Death Cab for cutie - when soul meets body...

Lots of food for thought...or is it?

I agree ask Homer.
