I'm thinking....uh....well....you need a Greek Salad...a REAL Greek Salad! Here's the recipe:

1 Vine Ripened Tomato, sliced in wedges
1/2 cucumber, peeled, cut in half and sliced in 1/4 inch slices
1/4 green bell pepper, sliced in rings, thin
1/4 purple onion, sliced in rings, thin
nice chunk of Feta cheese on top of the mixed veggies
sprinkle fine sea salt and oregano on top of the salad
drizzle a hefty amount of good, dark green, olive oil over the top, enough to wet all of the vegetables

Eat up and then your troubles, well, they will flush away a bit more easily! Works like a charm every time! I learned about it when I lived in Greece. Try it, you'll see!
