Halloween song

Does anyone know hte name of the song they played on Sunday Oct 30th at around 5pm before Camp Freddy came on. It was something like "Have we Forgotten Halloween" or something. I was driving and couldn't write it down and I forgot what it was called by the time I got home ;/ And of course yes.net didn't have it! Why am I not surprised?
