I'm a Coachella veteran. I've gone to every single one since the first one and yeah, the conditions are sometimes miserable and I find myself asking myself "self, why am I here", then it cools off and the music just takes over and its an amazing experience. Definitely worth dealing with a little heat and sweat.

Aunt Goochie - Jack will understand, but only if you sit through "the Polar Express" another 25 or so times with him, make him some PoTorn, and HoChocate... Then you will have to take him to see Shampoo, and sit in the splash zone - followed by a belly rub, and cuddles. These are his conditions - it's up to you to decide if you can take it...

Aunt Gidgey - We are all about the birthday cake, and Danny and Dylan playing the spiderman song, and a keltic version of "Uncontrollable Urge" thanks to Otto's myspace page...

Goochie -

You are FORBIDDEN to take my son to the desert... Especially on his birthday weekend... He prefers parking lot shows - with danger of road rash from falling, while dancing...

btw - Jack wants to chew bubblegum in your car... and drink red koolaid on your lightest piece of upholstered furniture...
