When I was a kid Orange County still had a thriving agriculture
base...Mom's worked for a company(one of the oldest in OC)
that let employee families pick the leftovers from the fields
after the bulk of the crop was harvested. I spent some time
around the packing houses and saw lots of the heritage of what
was California represented in the art of packing crates...you know
south of tustin was all farmland back then...it's a shame that that's
all gone now....here's a peek...
A simpler time....
