HHHHmmm?...best song?...2006 is not an indie year
for me...They lost me this year....been relying on
the old standards....yes classic rock
...I do remember making a rebelious Jackson Brown
comment last week and then hearing Jonsey play
it the next day on the box.....so my vote is
"Tender is the Night" -JB.....huh?....at least it's better
than Rotter's vote....huh?

You know the one that says something about deep throating and losing your lunch.rotter wrote:"Suck My Cock" by Dicky and the Glowknobs

Since Glenn posted "Wall Street Toy" recently, we can name it the best Song of 2006. Honorable mentions (according to me) - "Melt Your Heart" & "You Are What You Love" - Jenny Lewis, "Heart In A Cage" - The Strokes, "Crazy" - Gnarls Barkley, "The Funeral" - Band Of Horses, "Snow (Hey Oh)" - Red Hot Chili Peppers. The Rizen shloemoe wrote:I spent 13 years with a whore called Rene......

that'd be cool!Glenn wrote:I suppose it's o.k to mention these other bands.
How about this.
Best indie band 2 years running. The Fleiss.
2006 A Wall Street Toy
2005 A Whore Called Renee
bty The Fleiss may be forced to sell out in 2007, just a heads up for when you see the vidio on MTV.

The chrous after the first verse is about eyes being welded shut, right? And then the chorus after the second verse, the deep throating verse, is about the golden shower. Or did I get that one confused with the breakdown, which may be about hot lunch and felching.rotter wrote:yeah...thats the verse right after they sing about throwin' a toss on your chin...Incensed wrote:Class act, those Glowknobs right there. Sounds good, Glenn. That should be the title of the first full Fleiss album - The Fleiss Sell Out!Glenn wrote:I suppose it's o.k to mention these other bands.
